Michelle & Andrew Pugh

Crown House is owned by a husband and wife team who recently took over the nursery formally known as Pili Pala.

Andrew has a background in company management while Michelle has been the manager of the nursery for the past 10 years. Both Michelle and Andrew are looking forward to further developing the nursery under their  ownership and believe passionately in making your children’s experience educational & enjoyable within a safe and secure environment. We believe that our parents should feel satisfied with the level of care in which we provide, So that you can carry on your day knowing that your child is in safe hands.

Michelle has BTEC National Diploma In Childhood Studies as well as level 4 in Childcare and Management and more recently acquiring her level 7 in Coaching to Inspire Leadership In Education. She has worked with children between the ages of 6weeks and 5yrs for the past 19 years.

Michelle also forms part of the management team overseeing the day to day running of the nursery.
