At Crown House we believe that our team should be passionate and dedicated and with this in mind we ensure that our team are committed to providing high quality childcare in line with the nursery ethos. We believe we have employed a team of highly skilled staff that we feel contribute to our homely and nurturing environment.

All staff prior to starting are checked for suitability following a rigorous interview process and must hold a clear criminal records check.

Our management team are qualified to level 5 equivalent and have 45 years childcare experience between them. This helps to fully assist with the smooth running of the nursery. They are also on hand daily to fully support the staff by offering daily assistance and advice to ensure that the best standards are practised.

Our experienced staff hold relevant childcare qualifications in line with the Care Council for Wales. All our nursery staff are fully qualified nursery nurses, many of whom are mums themselves, along with them being past customers of the nursery, This enables them to be fully empathetic with new parents feelings and needs.

We encourage all our staff to develop professionally and we believe that by them doing this they will assist our children to reach their full potential. We ensure that by staff professionally developing it keeps them up to date with latest changes to childcare practices.
